Lucie Lecocq-Otsing is a French native who started her career as a French teacher, since sharing knowledge and learning from and with others have always been her passion. She quickly became interested in collaborating, 'collective efficacy' to quote Hattie's work and leadership. She has been in various middle leadership positions and currently is the Diploma Program, Curriculum and TOK/EE Coordinator at ISPP. She has been an international educator for the nearly 20 years and holds a Masters degree in Educational Leadership from Moreland University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Linguistics.
She and her family have been privileged to work and learn in a few places around the world, such as Turkey, Egypt and Tunisia and continue to learn from every person she meets at school and on her daily path.
