I am an enthusiastic educator and proud mother of two children. I have worked in leadership positions in three different countries. Over the years, I have presented and attended numerous workshops, seminars and conferences in various countries.

Currently, I work as a School Principal at Bright Line International School and serve as a CIS Accreditation Evaluator.

I hold a Master’s Degree of Science in Environmental Zoology, Master's in Philosophy with a specialization in Cytogenetics, and a Bachelor's Degree in Education. Additionally, I have earned certifications in School Management and Leadership from Harvard Business School and am a member of the CIS Accreditation Evaluators.

I am passionate about holistic school development, innovative curriculum design, performance management, and empowering educators through targeted professional development.

My goal is to support student success and help teachers grow through professional development. By elevating educational standards and creating a positive school culture, I strive to improve the potential of every student and teacher in the Cambodian community.
