About me
Mr. Khay Sambonin, currently a Chief Operations Officer at American Pacific International School, is a passionate educator and a professional leader who has been serving in education for 20 years. His professional experiences are broad and his educational skills are in-depth, which is intertwined for effective school leadership. He is passionate about leading organizational change or school change to prepare students for the CUN (complex, uncertain and non-routine) world. His latest publications were about School as Learning Organization and his research interest is how school can transform to SLO, SLO effect on teacher and student's wellbeing, Correlation between SLO and creativity and innovation at school.
