Joanne Imbag-Duran is a certified Physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in Special Education and over 15 years of experience in teaching and supporting students across diverse settings. Passionate about inclusive education, she advocates for the transformative power of a multidisciplinary IEP team in creating supportive learning environments for all students. She currently serves as the Director of the CARE Center, a provider of individualized educational support services.
