Ramon is a dedicated Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) and primary teacher with almost a decade of experience, five of which were spent in Cambodia. Holding both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in special education, Ramon has devoted his career to fostering inclusive learning environments and supporting students with diverse needs.

Passionate about empowering both educators and students, Ramon works to ensure that every learner has the opportunity to succeed and thrive. His expertise includes early intervention, bridging the gap between clinical practice and the school environment, and promoting socio-emotional learning (SEL).

Committed to lifelong learning, Ramon has recently started his PhD in Developmental Psychology, and is now exploring further opportunities to contribute to the field through research and advocacy.
