This interactive workshop introduces educators and STEM enthusiasts to the exciting world of F1 in Schools and 3D printing. Participants will explore how designing and racing miniature F1 cars engages students in STEM learning, teamwork, and problem-solving. The session includes a hands-on demonstration of 3D modeling in TinkerCAD, practical tips for integrating 3D printing into classrooms, and a quick-build paper car activity to simulate the student experience. Designed for educators working with students aged 8-18, this workshop is ideal for those seeking innovative, hands-on approaches to inspire the next generation of innovators and engineers.  

Learning outcomes
  1. -Understand how the F1 in Schools program and 3D printing can be used to engage students in STEM learning and critical thinking.
  2. -Gain hands-on experience with 3D modeling and design using TinkerCAD, suitable for classroom application.
  3. -Learn strategies for incorporating teamwork, problem-solving, and project-based learning into STEM education.

This workshop is for teachers who would like to see Vedic Math from India and my personal strategies used to help the learners have long retention of the content. This would also showcase the teachers' use of the resources present in their classes to have an engaging lesson. Teachers would be assigned in groups to work on a few tasks and create a simple lesson plan if time permits.

Learning outcomes

Teachers would learn the new Math Words (relatable to the kid’s world)
Teachers would learn the basic introduction of Vedic math from India.
Simple math warm magic to make learning fun.
