Juan Carlos is an experienced international educator, speaker and consultant specializing in inquiry-based learning in K-5. He is passionate about developing cultures of curiosity and wonder in which student agency drives learning. By remaining in the inquiry classroom, Juan Carlos is in a unique position to bring his workshops to life using authentic voices, examples and strategies. He believes in the power of making learning an enjoyable experience that empowers teachers to step into the ‘productive struggle’ zone and try new things in the classroom.
