Dr. Jerome Banks is the Principal at CIA FIRST International High School in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.  He has held leadership positions at all levels of Pre-K to Grade 12 schools in various countries. He started his overseas leadership career as a middle-level leader at the International School Bangkok, Thailand, moved on to be a Middle School Principal at SMIC Private School in Beijing China, worked as the Secondary School Principal at Keerapat International School in Bangkok, Thailand, and worked as an Associate Principal for Pre-k to Grade 9 for ARAMCO in Saudi Arabia. He also worked at the University level as a Lecturer in the Graduate Schools of Education at Assumption and Stamford Universities in Bangkok Thailand.  He is passionate about topics such as leadership, collaboration, and students (holistic learning)!  He enjoys being with family, coaching basketball and fitness.
