The workshop aims to equip educators with the tools and knowledge to build a strong foundation for values-based education in their schools. This will focus on the powerful process of crystallization, which helps participants reflect on and refine ideas together.

The session will involve participants in various group activities using a learning toolkit to reflect and analyze the results.
This workshop is ideal for teachers, school leaders, administrators and governors of the school.
Participants will explore values-based indicators to assess the educational establishment and the environment it creates for students learning about values.
Participants will develop a common vocabulary to craft a concise and inspiring vision of the school that reflects the identified values, addresses sustainability goals, and captures the essence of the desired future state of the school.
