CIEC 2025

This session is for language teachers to learn about existing frameworks of proficiency, how to use the proficiency targets to empower students, and to understand what students can really do with the language. This session allows teachers the opportunity to work together and discuss the use of communicative language objectives to provide meaningful, authentic contexts and goals for learning.    

The objectives are:
1. use communicative objectives (C.O.) meaningfully to contextualize language learning for students
2. use C.O. to provide dynamic, authentic learning goals for students
3. understand measurements of proficiency and what students can do at each level"
