"This workshop will explore the principles and practices of Restorative Justice, focusing on fostering harmony and resolving conflicts in diverse international school settings. The session is designed for educators, counsellors, and other professionals in international schools who are seeking effective, culturally inclusive strategies to manage conflict and build harmonious learning communities.

Interactive and engaging, the workshop will combine a PowerPoint presentation with role-play exercises. Participants will step into real-life scenarios, practicing restorative dialogues and conflict resolution techniques to deepen their understanding and skills.

Learning Outcomes
- Develop practical skills for conflict resolution in a school setting
- Foster harmonious and inclusive school environments"
