Guided by the insights of Jennifer Abrams and Kendall Zoller, this 60-minute session explores the nuances of difficult conversations, emphasizing empathy, clarity, and professionalism. Participants will examine real-life scenarios, engage in role-play activities, and gain practical strategies to navigate challenging discussions with colleagues, parents, and administrators.
